PURPOSE & MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the Niagara Falls Block Club Council is to:

      -   unite block clubs established in the City of Niagara Falls, NY;

      -   assist in the development of new and emerging Block Clubs in the  

          City of Niagara Falls, NY;

      -   work for improved conditions regarding drug and crime prevention,

           security, public safety, lighting and cleanliness in order to enhance

           neighborhood living conditions; and

      -   create programs and projects for the Council and Block Clubs and

      -   apply for available grants to become a self-sufficient organization.
