RECENT EVENTS

Blockbusters President, Norma Higgs and Treasurer, Connie Rodhy attended the Opening of newly elected New York State Senator Antoine Thompson's District Office on March 3, 2007 and presented him with a Blockbusters shirt, making him an honorary member of the block club.  His District Office is located within the boundaries of the Blockbusters Block Club at 611 Pine Avenue.

RECENT EVENTS

 

Another Senior Citizen Safety and Crime Prevention Seminar was held October 6, 2005 at Spallino Towers.

Everyone who attended the crime prevention conference received a personal alarm and key chain flashlight from the Blockbusters Block Club, and a first aid kit from Niagara University/Border Community S.E.R.V.I.C.E.S. along with lots of information flyers.  Breakfast was served before the meeting.  Partial funding was provided by Niagara Falls Weed and Seed.
